Goods and cash can be one agreement

An offer can include items, money, or both. A pure swap stays at zero and never opens a card form. When money is included, the offer says which person pays.

The listing owner is not always paid

Buyer and seller describe the goods. Payer and payee describe the money. Payout setup is asked only of the person who will receive it.

Finished means the items were confirmed

Receipts complete the goods. Cash is a separate status. A refund, a Stripe dispute, or a closed support review does not by itself release the listing.
